I was just wondering about this page here: if it should be renamed as it is not like the letters I worked on yesterday, or should these non-English letter categories be renamed over here too, or, other option, should the Catagory:Arabic letters be added? بارگزاری پرونده ها[edit]

با سلام. گفته بودید که پرونده هایی که بنده بارگزاری کرده ام غیرآزاد هستند ولی من آنها را بر اساس مجور کریتیو کامنز که در سایت منبع نوشته شده بارگزاری کردم و فکر می کردم مشکلی ندارند. اگر ممکن است راهنمایی بفرمایید که مشکل آنها چیست تا آنها را اصلاح کنم و دوباره این خطاها را تکرار نکنم. باتشکر. --Mbazri (talk) 08:29, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

سلام ساده‌ترین راه اینست که فقط و فقط تصاویر که خودتان با دوربین شخصی گرفته‌اید بارگذاری کنید. تقریبا ۹۹ درصد تصاویر شما از روی اینترنت برداشته شده اند و وضعیت حقوقی مالکیت تصاویر مشخص نیست. لطفا به هیچ عنوان این کار را تکرار نکنید. لطفا اگر در مورد تصویری خاصی سوالی داشتید یک به یک همینجا بپرسید --Mardetanha talk 08:31, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

عکسهایی که من بارگزاری کرده ام از دو سایت تلخندک و عکاس مسلمان بوده اند. این دو سایت هر دو مجور کریتیو کامنز را در سایت خود درج کرده اند. عکسهای سایت تلخنک از آن آقای عباس گودرزی است که خود ایشان مسول سایت است و عکسهای سایت عکاس مسلمان نیز از آن آقای شهاب الدین واجدی می باشد که ایشان نیز مسول سایت عکاس مسلمان هستند. البته سایت عکاس مسلمان در حال حاضر موقتا غیرفعال است. هر دو سایت نیز مجوز کریتیو کامنز را درج کرده اند. همچنین نام عکاس هم معلوم است. حال مشکل کجاست؟--Mbazri (talk) 10:23, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

در نگاه اول به نظر مشکلی نمی‌دارد اما در نظر داشته باشید باید تصاویر را بدون واترمارک اینجا بارگذاری کنید در ضمن صاحب وبسایت توضیح بدهید که در صورتی که تصاویرشان اینجا منتشر و پس از اینجا در نشریه و یا مجله‌ای استفاده شد ایشان حق پیگیری قضایی ندارند. --Mardetanha talk 16:02, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the mentioned photo, I cropped an original photo and uploaded it as a new file. As I had done the cropping, I mentioned "own work" as the source, while I had to refer to the original photo. Although it's clearly shown that the "This file has been extracted from another file: Iranian F-14 Pilots.jpg." Just another note for you, as you might know in Creative commons license you are free to Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material

for any purpose, even commercially. but akkasemosalman in his website clearly told "ضمناً استفاده تجاری از عکس‏ها بدون درنظرگرفتن حقوق معنوی عکاس، شرعاً صحیح نبوده و موجب ضمان است" which roughly means he is not happy with commercial use, which is in contrary with creative commons licensee, I am afraid he is not well-aware of what Creative commons is. Copyright issues are sometimes very complicated, check this image for example, you can see logo of aviny.com under the image which means this image (and many of other images) has another copyright holder other than talkhandak, if the painter has contrac with aviny.com foro such paintings, he can't release them under creative commons license Mardetanha talk 06:23, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
According to copyright laws the only copyright holder of a painting is the painter. existance of another logo does not mean that it has another copyright holder. Can I know based on the what source you calim this?

Daha əvvəl isə yüklədiyim şəkillərin bir neçəsi başqa bir istifadəçi tərəfindən silinməyə namizəd göstərilmişdi. Səbəb olaraq isə onların müxtəlif kameralarla çəkilməsi göstərilir. Mən ingilis dilini yaxşı bilmədiyimə görə onlara başa sala bilmədim. Ona görə də sizə yazmağın daha düzgün addım ola biləcəyini düşünürəm. Üstəlik hadisələrin baş verdiyi dövr Azərbaycanda Qurban bayramı dövrünə düşdüyünə görə hər kəs bayram üçün müxtəlif yerlərdə olub. Mən də ailəmlə bayramlaşmaq üçün Gəncə, Tbilisi və Gədəbəyə getmişdim. Həmin müddətdə heç viki ilə məşğul olmaq imkanım da olmayıb. Bakıya qayıdandan sonra baxıram ki, yuxarıda adını qeyd elədiyim idarəçi silinməyə namizəd göstərilən şəkillərdən başqa mənim tərəfimdən çəkilməsinə şübhə olmayan, ancaq commonsda yayımlanmış yüzdən artıq şəkili də silib. Mənim istifadəçi hesabımı isə "forever" bloklayıb. Bunu hansı səbəbə görə etməsini də bilmirəm. Çünki, heç həmin şəkillər silinmək üçün namizəd də göstərilməmişdi. Həmin şəkilləri bir neçə il ərzində mən şəxsən çəkmişdim. Silinən şəkillərdən bir neçəsi hətta keçən il "Wiki Loves Monuments" layihəsində Azərbaycan tərəfindən finala çıxarılan şəkillərdən olmuşdu. Mənim özümün kameram olmadığına görə neçə ildi işlədiyim şirkətin kameralarından istifadə edirəm. Bəzi günlər nahar vaxtı kameralardan istifadə olunmayanı götürərək şəhərə çıxır və yaxın ərazilərdə yerləşən binaların və tarixi abidələrin şəkillərini çəkmişəm. Silinməyə namizəd göstərilmiş şəkillərə gəlincə (30-a yaxın şəkil namizəd göstərilmişdi) etiraf edirəm ki, həmin şəkillərin bəzilərinin müəllifi mən deyildim. Naxçıvan və sair çox uzaq ərazilərdən olan bəzi şəkilləri internetdən tapıb yükləmişdim commonsa. Çünki, həmin ərazilərə gedib o abidələrin şəklini çəkmək imkanımız yoxdur. Başa düşürəm ki, həmin şəkilləri yükləməklə (cəmi 10-15 şəkil) qaydanı pozmuşam, həmin şəkillərin silinməsinə və mənim cəzalandırılmağıma (iki həftəlik bloklandım həmin şəkillər silindikdən sonra) da etiraz etmirəm. Lakin həmin şəkillərlə yanaşı müəllifi mən olan şəkillər də silinib. Çünki, onları müxtəlif kameralarla çəkmişdim. Yuxarıda da qeyd etdiyim kimi, Bakıda şəkil çəkərkən işdə istifadə elədiyimiz kameralardan istifadə edirik. İş yoldaşlarımdan biri əvvəllər vikipediyada "Gulustan" adı ilə fəaliyyət göstərib və o da məni kimi ofisdə istifadə etdiyimiz kameradan istifadə edib. Buna görə də problem olmaması üçün ikimiz də eyni kameradan istifadə etdiyimizi qeyd etmişdik istifadəçi səhifəmizdə. Amma həmin iş yoldaşım artıq neçə illərdi ki, vikipediyadan tamamilə uzaqlaşıb və fəlaiyyət göstərmir. Mən isə son dövrlərə kimi imkan tapdıqca şəkil çəkib yükləyirdim. Silinən şəkillər arasına Azərbaycan muğamlarının notları, qədim miniatürlər və müəllifi naməlum olan çox köhnə (rəngsiz) şəkillər də var. Həmin şəkilləri silərkən nəyə əsaslanıblar bilmirəm. Çünki, həmin şəkillər azad istifadədə olan şəkillərdi. Gəncə və Tbilisidə şəkil çəkərkən isə mən Gəncədə ailəmizə məxsus olan kameralardan istifadə etmişəm. Həmin şəkillər də yalnız commonsda yayımlanıb. Şəkillərin bərpa edilməsinə kömək edə biləcəyinizə ümidvaram. Zconf6 file dates[edit]

Some files of yours are marked as being from 1 January 2000. Another editor told me that it was actually sometime in 2015. I do not know anything about this subject. من پوستری که متعلق به خودم بوده را بارگذاری کردم. همان موقع اعلام کردم که این تصویر کاملا متعلق به خودم هست و اجازه استفاده تحت مجوز و ... بعد در صفحه‌ای که همان فیلم را معرفی می‌کرد استفاده کردم. دو روز بعد یک از اعضا تذکر داد که کپی‌رایت رعایت نشده! برای این دوستمون هم توضیح دادم که کار خودم هست و نوشتم. ایشون هم مطالعه کرد و معذرت خواهی کرد و مشکل حل شد. دوباره دو روز بعد یکنفر دیگر این بار تصویر را حذف کرد بدون توجه به هیچ حرفی! اینکه کپی‌رایت باید رعایت بشه یه بحثه ولی اینکه با خصومت و غرض ورزی یه کاری بشه یه چیز دیگه. من چطور باید ثابت کنم که این کار متعلق به خودم بوده وقتی هم اسمم روی تصویر هست و هم ایمیل زدم و همه مسئولیت را به عهده گرفتم؟--Alifatehi (talk) 13:38, 30 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
