@Mobin2008: سلام. من حذف نکردم، مدیران حذف کردند و پیشنهادش کار من بود. کسانی که صاحب حقوق اصلی تصویر هستند (شرکت شاتل موبایل) باید در Commons:Wikimedia OTRS release generator حق لوگو را آزاد کنند. دقت کنید که با این کار، همه مردم در استفاده آزاد از تصویر (تحت شرایط مجوز کریتیو کامنز) مجاز خواهند بود. نام سوره‌های قرآن

سلام. آیا تصاویری که از نام سوره‌های قرآن بارگذاری کرده‌اید (مثال) تماماً کار خودتان هستند؟ منظورم بیشتر طرح اسلیمی پشت‌زمینه است. تشکر 4nn1l2 (talk) 18:00, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@4nn1l2: سلام. طرح اصلی، از File:Allah logo.svg آمده. متن‌ها هم کار خودم هستند. ولی طرح اسلیمی پس‌زمینه کار من نیست. در زمان ساخت (و بارگذاری)، به‌نظرم اثر خلاقانه‌ای نبود؛ ولی اگر مشمول نقض حق تکثیر می‌شوند لطفاً همه را حذف کنید که بدون طرح (یا با طرحی که خودم طراحی‌اش کنم) به‌تدریج دوباره بارگذاری‌شان کنم. فکر کنم پنهان‌سازی نسخه اولیه دردسرش بیشتر باشد. همچنین متوجه هستم که این عدم‌تشخیص مناسب ممکن است روی شایستگی من در داشتن دسترسی گشت خودکار انبار تأثیر بگذارد. طرح اسلیمی خلاقانه است و حق نشر دارد. لطفاً نسخه‌های جدید را روی قبلی‌ها بارگذاری کنید و سپس Category:Media with unacceptable data in old versions را نیز به آن‌ها بیفزایید تا به‌تدریج آن‌ها را حذف کنم. عجله‌ای نیست و می‌شود کار را ظرف یک ماه انجام داد.
دسترسی گشت خودکار چیز مهمی نیست. عملاً کاربر از ۱۵۰ ویرایش که بگذرد، دیگر مشارکت‌هایش در User:OgreBot/Uploads by new users ثبت نمی‌شوند و بررسی هم نمی‌شوند (که شما بالای ۳۰۰ ویرایش دارید). همین که ویرایش‌ها مخرب نباشند، برای داشتن دسترسی کافی است. کیفیت ویرایش‌های شما به اندازهٔ کافی بالاست. مراد از این بحث‌ها و ریزبینی‌ها هم صرفاً انتقال تجربیات است. 4nn1l2 (talk) 18:39, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@4nn1l2: بله. جداگانه بارگذاری‌اش خواهم کرد. چندین بار ساختم و هر بار بد شد؛ الآن هم خیلی از نتیجه راضی نیستم ولی خب بضاعتم همین‌قدر است :) مشکلی ندارد اگر بعداً تصویر اسلیمی را یک‌باره و با وخ اضافه کنم (برای این حسابم جداگانه درخواست خواهم داد)؟ چون من چندتا چندتا این‌ها را بارگذاری می‌کنم و جایگذاری تکی‌اش کمی وقت می‌گیرد. @4nn1l2: ابزاری هم هست که دسته‌جمعی بتوان جایگزین کرد؟ یعنی نیازی به رفتن به هر صفحه نباشد و در هنگام بارگذاری، فقط یک بار بپرسد و سپس همه را جایگزین کند. چون تعویض این در همه پرونده‌ها یکی دو ساعت بیشتر وقت نمی‌گیرد و با داشتن چنین ابزاری خیلی بهتر می‌توان انجامش داد. @4nn1l2: ممنون. در محیطش گشتی زدم؛ فکر کنم همان‌طور که شما هم گفتید دیگر به وخ نیازی نباشد. البته من منظورم را بد رساندم که نتیجه خوبی داشت :) (شاید هم هنوز این ویژگی را در ابزار کشف نکرده‌ام؛ ولی فکر کنم یک جورهایی برای انجام کارهای انبوه، مثل برچسب‌زنی، کاربرد دارد.) به‌طور دقیق‌تر، من می‌خواستم ببینم آیا راهی هست که جایگزینی پرونده‌ها را انبوه انجام داد؟ یعنی همان‌طور که Upload wizard می‌تواند انبوه بارگذاری کند؛ با این تفاوت که این بار انبوه جایگزین پرونده‌های قبلی بشوند. تقریباً مطمئنم که می‌شود این کار را انجام داد، ولی چه‌جوری‌اش را نمی‌دانم. دیده‌ام که برخی چنین کرده‌اند (Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Videoplasty). من خودم زیاد اهل آپلود نیستم. احتمالاً بتوان با یکی از چندین ابزار آپلود Commons:Upload tools این کار را انجام داد. نام VicuñaUploader را زیاد شنیده‌ام و تا اندازه‌ای کمتر نام Pattypan را. ولی تا حالا خودم از هیچ‌کدام استفاده نکرده‌ام.
به هر حل شاید بخواهید از User:Alexis Jazz که دیده‌ام این کار را کرده‌است بپرسید (همان لینک Videoplasty بالا).
اگر حوصله نداشتید، بگویید تصاویر را حذف کنم، تا دوباره از نو آپلودشان کنید. فقط نگرانم ربات در این بین تصاویر را از مقاله‌های ویکی‌پدیا حذف کند، و لازم شود همه‌ها را در خود ویکی‌پدیا واگردانی کنید (منظورم جعبه‌اطلاعات مقاله‌هاست). 4nn1l2 (talk) 22:06, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
خیلی ممنون. من آن ابزارها را بررسی خواهم کرد و اگر نشد سراغ ایشان خواهم رفت. به‌نظر من هم مشکلاتی دارد؛ تاریخچه هم شلوغ می‌شود. یک ویرایش CommonsDelinker انجام می‌دهد و یک ویرایش ربات من که تصاویر را برگرداند؛ می‌توان همین‌جا ساده‌تر انجامش داد. AhmadTalk 08:28, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@4nn1l2: سلام دوباره. همه را دوباره بارگذاری کردم و کاشه مرورگرم را هم پاک کردم و یک بار نسخه‌های جدید را بررسی کردم؛ فکر می‌کنم همگی تصحیح شده‌اند. همه را به آن رده (Category:Media with unacceptable data in old versions) هم اضافه کردم و اجازه‌نامه‌ها هم تصحیح شدند. باز هم خیلی ممنونم به‌خاطر راهنمایی‌ها و پیگیری‌ها. @MTHuon: Hi! It's okay, I think screenshots from OS are a typical mistake we all make. But, about attributing Apple Inc., I'm afraid that you can't upload it in Commons unless you have proper licence from Apple Inc. itself or in case you are sure that the screenshot fits {{PD-ineligible}}. @MKaur (WMF): Hi! About File:Current situation-Desktop search.png, I believe you can just crop the part that contains those images and reupload it, those images are the only problem I see in the picture. I'm afraid File:Desktop search engine result.png is also another copyright violation. I think cutting them from the screenshot, painting them with white color or blurring them so much that no one can see any details will solve the problem.
I think COM:SS can help you learn more about screenshots.

This new page for UK based band Sacrilege (Heavy Rock), born in NWOBHM years, is cerated by me, with the bio written by Bill Beadle, fromer, vocalist and guitarist of the band, All rights reserved to Bill Beadle, Sacrilege (Heavy Rock) and Pure Steel Records, and photographers who contributed to Sacrilege' website and Facebook official page and already mentioned in each photo uploaded. Pure Steel Records has already buy years ago licenses for band album artworks "Ashes To Ashes" and "Six6six", John Martin' paints and already written in the note of each photo uploaded, as for "The Court Of The Insane" artwork of a different author and already mentioned in the photo uploaded and each photo was given to Sacilege. As every copyright and licence have been described also with the title of the works, I would like to understand why the page would be deleted. Sacrilege band: Bill Beadle, Paul Macnamara, Jeff Rolland and Neil Turnbull authorized me to use photos, artworks and anything that belongs and is connected to Sacrilege.

About the reason that your files deleted, they need OTRS permission. Please read that page and send the permission, so you will be able to upload files without any problem. @4nn1l2: سلام. ممنون، جذاب به‌نظر می‌رسد! اتفاقاً معمولاً درباره سلفی‌ها و پرتره‌ها (که در محدوده پروژه قرار نمی‌گیرند و گاهی مشمول COM:NOTHOST هستند) شک دارم که حذف سریع بزنم یا پیشنهاد حذف و معمولاً پیشنهاد می‌زنم (تا حدی مثل این؛ هرچند سلفی نیست). ابزار بسیار مفیدی است، خیلی ممنون. سلام. لطفاً همانطور که در توضیحات Template:Tasnim آمده، بجای {{Tasnim}} از {{subst:Tasnim/subst}} استفاده کند تا یک بازبین صحت آن را بررسی کند. این پروسه برای فارس، مهر، و موج اجباری نیست. تسنیم در زمینهٔ مالکیت فکری کمی غیرحرفه‌ای‌تر عمل کرده (شاید تاحدی چون اولین و پیشروترین در زمینهٔ انتشار آزاد محتوا در میان خبرگزاری‌های ایرانی بوده)، و اجتماع اجماع کرده که تصاویرش نیاز به بازبینی دارند. تشکر 4nn1l2 (talk) 22:46, 2 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

خیلی ممنون، در بارگذاری‌های خودم همه را اصلاح کردم. از زمانی که File:Flood in Afghanistan.jpg حذف شد می‌دانستم فقط آن‌ها که واترمارک دارند باید بارگذاری شوند، ولی نمی‌دانستم بررسی‌شان هم لازم است (حدس‌هایی می‌زدم البته، چون یک بار دیدم یک بازبین بررسی کرده‌بود).     @Hanooz: سلام. بله، ولی از نظر من received یعنی خود عکاس می‌دانسته که عکس قرار است تحت چه شرایطی منتشر شود. بعضی تصاویر تسنیم هستند (مخصوصاً در کاور پست‌هایش) که خب نام و نشانی ندارند؛ ولی این قاعدتاً توسط خود فرد منتشر شده (و او با ارسال مجموعه تصاویرش به تسنیم عملاً با مجوز آزاد موافقت کرده).     بعید می‌دانم چنین باشد. حدس می‌زنم این دسته از عکس‌ها را عکاسان نهادهای خاص می‌گیرند و در اختیار تمام رسانه‌ها قرار می‌دهند. هر رسانه هم واترمارک خودش را روی تصویر می‌زند. تعدادی از تصویر کشتی را ایسنا هم منتشر کرده ولی با واترمارک خودش. Hanooz 12:21, 3 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

    حالا که بحث باز شد، یک مورد دیگر هم هست. چند روز پس از بارگذاری تصاویر فارس از حیات وحش ایران (مثلاً File:Rhodospiza obsoleta in Iran.jpg)، به فکرم رسید که با عکاس (ابوالفضل فلاح‌زاده) ارتباط برقرار کنم و درخواست کنم که حداقل بعضی از تصاویرش را در انبار منتشر کند. این اتفاق هرگز رخ نداد، ولی من به اینستاگرام او برخورد کردم و دیدم که همین تصاویر را (البته دقیقاً کیفیتشان یکی نیست) در آنجا هم منتشر کرده؛ با واترمارک خودش. جایی از پروفایل اینستاگرام او ندیدم که نوشته باشد عکاس فارس است؛ ولی فارس هم Received نزده. برداشت خودم این است که این یکی واقعاً با اجازه عکس بوده.     بعید می‌دانم وضعیت دقیق این موارد را کسی در انبار بداند، به‌ویژه آثار کشورهایی مثل ایران که نه قانون حق نشرشان جدید/دقیق است، و نه واقعاً قانونشان جدی گرفته می‌شود و نه احکام دادگاه بررسی و مطالعه می‌شوند و ... چند کابر هستند که خودشان حقوق‌دانند و این دست موارد را مثلاً برای آمریکا با استناد به حکم‌های دادگاه بررسی می‌کنند ولی برای سایر کشورها بعید می‌دانم کسی بتواند پاسخ دقیق بدهد.
    نظر خودم این است که این آثار جنبهٔ هنری (خلاقیت) ندارند و بیشتر کاربردی (پزشکی) هستند و مشمول حق نشر نمی‌شوند.
    دربارهٔ ابوالفضل فلاح‌زاده هم اگرچه جستجوی دقیقی نکردم، ولی به نظرم اوکی هستند. برخی اوقات این عکاس‌ها هستند که شرایط را زیر پا می‌گذارند و مثلاً عکسی را که حقوقش را به کسی دیگر واگذار کرده‌اند دوباره نشر می‌دهند. همه‌چیز بستگی به این دارد که قرارداد عکاس با خبرگزاری چه بوده است؟ ۱) آیا فقط اجازهٔ استفاده از تصاویرش را داده؟ (که در این صورت خبرگزاری نباید واترمارک خودش را روی عکس بزند) یا ۲) حقوق عکس‌ها را هم واگذار کرده (که در این صورت دیگر عکاس حق ندارد بدون اجازهٔ خبرگزاری عکس‌ها را جایی دیگر منتشر کند). این دست موارد بر ما روشن نیستند و تقریباً بعید است که روشن شوند (من ۲۰۱۷ یا ۲۰۱۸ چند باری به تسنیم ایمیل زدم ولی پاسخ نگرفتم). به نظرم در حالت کلی لازم نیست زیاد حساسیت نشان دهیم. اما در مورد این عکس‌های حیات وحش، چون به نظرم عکس‌ها ارزشمند و نادر هستند، شاید بد نباشد با عکاس از طریق اینستاگرام گفتگو کرد. 4nn1l2 (talk) 19:27, 12 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Вікі любить пам'ятки 2019 в Україні

Привіт!

1 вересня вже традиційно стартує українська частина міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Вікі любить пам'ятки»! До кінця вересня Ви можете подавати власні фото пам'яток історико-культурної спадщини України — і змагатися за призи. Більше про те, як взяти участь, можна прочитати за посиланням.

Із детальними правилами можна ознайомитися тут. Для тих, хто раніше уже брав участь у конкурсі — зауважте, що цього року є певні зміни:

  • у номінації «Найкраще фото» — файли повинні мати не менше 4 МПкс;
  • у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток» — оцінка фотографії пам'ятки складається із суми базового та додаткових балів (в останній враховується чи ця пам'ятка вже фотографувалася іншими авторами та скільки фотографій пам'яток уже є з цього населеного пункту);

Нагадаємо, що фотографії автоматично беруть участь у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток»; однак для того, щоб фото позмагалося у номінації «Найкраще фото», потрібно підтвердити це при завантаженні.

Також цього року маємо спецномінації «Єврейська спадщина» та «Млини». Також окремо відзначатимуться найкращі відео із пам'ятками.

@Persiason: سلام. منظور این تصویر نیست، منظور تصویر اصلی است (یعنی آن تصویری که شما احتمالاً آن را اسکن کرده‌اید یا از آن عکس گرفته‌اید). این مجوز را برای من نفرستید؛ چون ممکن است در آینده برای شخص دیگری هم ابهام پیش بیاید. به‌جایش می‌توانید از COM:relgen استفاده کنید تا مجوز پرونده را برای داوطلبان پاسخگویی ارسال کنید. However, you can upload that image in Wikipedia (not all languages) under fair use. We can't accept fair use in Commons. Hello. The thing, about those pictures, is that Wikimedia Commons has a limited scope. Based on the project scope, we can only host files that can be used for an educational purpose. یک نکته: نام رندوم

سلام. به نام File:(www.google.com)(329)892394956bcbe427c5bf35f5a33ffc8a.jpg توجه کنید. گذشته از اینکه به‌وضوح به گوگل اشاره دارد، نامش ترکیبی رندوم از اعداد و حروف است. پرونده‌هایی که نامشان اینگونه است را می‌شود با درصد اطمینان بسیار بالایی COM:NETCOPYVIO دانست. ادعاهای own work نیز معمولاً دروغ از آب در می‌آیند. هیچ انسانی پرونده را اینگونه نامگذاری نمی‌کند. معلوم است که پرونده از اینترنت دانلود شده و به صورت خودکار توسط سیستم نامگذاری شده است. 4nn1l2 (talk) 17:14, 24 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@4nn1l2: سلام. اتفاقاً موقع برچسب‌زنی به این پرونده، شک داشتم که نامش و کلیتش را در نظر بگیرم یا فرض دیگری داشته باشم. با توجه به تجربه‌هایی که در برچسب‌زنی داشتم تقریباً مطمئن بودم که این کار فرستادن گلوله برفی به درون جهنم است، ولی امان از احتیاط زیادی. خیلی ممنون بابت تذکر، از این به بعد موارد مشابه را برچسب حذف سریع می‌زنم. سلام. اگر انتظار می‌رود که ایشان چنین کنند، می‌بایست مجوز انتشار آزاد از تصاویر به OTRS فرستاده شود. البته ممکن هم هست که بعدش مسئله محدوده پروژه باقی بماند (یعنی این پرونده‌ها خارج از محدوده پروژه تلقی شوند). Ahmadtalk 16:44, 5 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Need your help! - Stuck at Template:FVCnomNewerPreload

Hi Ahmad,

I was trying my best to hide " To visit the nomination page click here." from Commons:Featured video candidates/File:Sandpile Matemateca 23.webm and all other Featured video nominations but I don't know how to do it. I've tried to add <includeonly></includeonly> tags at Template:FVCnomNewerPreload but it breaks the template. As I added these tags see Revision #370775405, {{subst:SUBPAGENAME}}| got changed to FVCnomNewerPreload, looks like double tags cancels one another. Any Idea how to do this ? Hello, I'm an Italian wikipedia user, and as you may have noticed I'm trying to upload a raffaello tmnt ( Raphael ) image. In Italy it is possible to take, from what I understand, through screenshots, some video footage from you tube ; I took this image as a screenshot . Maybe I made a mistake in uploading it, maybe I made an error to choose the license to use it, but I don't think I broke the copyright. @Roberto d'Angiò: Hello. I read COM:ITALY, but I couldn't find this exception. (Unrelated: The Italian version of this page is not completely translated. If you're interested in it, we really appreciate a translation.) The point is that Wikimedia Commons takes copyright rules very seriously, and fair use isn't allowed on Commons. However, some Wikipedias (such as enwiki) allow fair use. To use a file under fair use, you must upload the file to your local wiki, not Commons. @Hanooz: سلام. بله. در اولین ویرایش‌ها، روند گرفتن صفحات با روند فعلی متفاوت بود. در آن دوره ربات تمام تصاویری که در صفحات استفاده شده بود را از پرسمان می‌گرفت، ولی الآن با استفاده از رده‌بندی که به الگوی ویکی‌پدیای فارسی اضافه کردم، مشکل حل شده (اعضای رده را می‌گیرم، پیشوند ویکی‌پدیا:گزیدن نگاره‌های برگزیده/ را ازشان حذف می‌کنم و به‌جایش File می‌گذارم). از اولین ویرایش‌های ربات، حدود سیصد مورد را واگردانی کرده‌ام. یک تعدادی (مثل پرچم ایران) مانده که گاهی که گذرم می‌افتد بهشان، خنثی می‌کنم. ممنون می‌شوم اگر به ویرایش نامناسب مشابهی برخورد کردید خنثی کنید. بله. یادم هست که با استفاده از روشی (فکر کنم ترکیبی از رده و پرسمان) بخش بسیار زیادی از موارد مشکل‌دار را پیدا کردم. به لطف دسترسی واگردانی در عرض دو روز همگی را واگردانی کردم. فکر می‌کنم دلیل این که هنوز در مواردی مثل File:Flag of Iran.svg وجود داشته، این باشد که عنوان صفحه نامزدی با عنوان پرونده یکسان نبوده. الآن چون ما نام صفحه‌های نامزدی را با نام پرونده یکسان می‌گیریم، مشکل حل‌شده است. فقط در مواردی که چند پرونده یکجا نامزد شوند خود جمع‌بند باید برچسب بزند (یا حداقل آن موردی که در عنوان صفحه نیامده را برچسب بزند). Actually what I wanted to do was trying to sort the whole category chronologically as I believe it`s advisable to do so when dealing with historical objects - in this particular example first should come the 17th century designs, then the 18th c. and later the modern pictures. @DejaVu: سلام. چون تصویر کلاً متفاوت است (مثلاً مسئله کراپ لازم یا اصلاحات کوچک نیست)، نباید آن را رونویسی کنید (COM:OVERWRITE). به‌جای این کار، باید پرونده را تحت نام دیگری (مثلاً Sadegh Ghotbzadeh in...، که به‌جای ...، نام محلی که ایشان در آن تصویر در آن حضور دارد را درج می‌کنید؛ یا مثلاً تاریخ/سال ثبت تصویر) منتشر کنید. دلیل رد شدن درخواست تغییر نام این است که معیار اول (درخواست بارگذار اصلی)، تا جایی که یادم هست، فقط به بارگذار اولین نسخه پرونده تعلق می‌گیرد. اگر پرونده در ویکی‌پدیای فارسی دیگر وجود ندارد (مثلاً بر اثر انتقال به انبار، حذف شده‌است)، به‌نظرم راهش این است که آنجا درخواست احیا بدهید و بعد آن را تحت نام دیگری به انبار منتقل کنید. Hi Trijnstel. No, it's not a test, although it's not currently in use. I'm working on localizing Twinkle for Commons (more info available at w:testwiki:User:Ahmad252/Twinkle progress report). If it's okay, I have a question regarding Commons:Deletion requests/File:Estorninho-azul.jpeg. In that deletion request, you said that the file is "missing permission". @Killarnee: Thanks. I granted the right, but I also have some suggestions:
  • I strongly suggest enabling "Quick Delete" gadget from your preferences, if you haven't done so yet.
  • For obvious cases (e.g. when there isn't a valid license), there is no need to create a deletion request. If you have the "Quick Delete" gadget enabled, you can simply click on the "no license" link on the sidebar and tag the file. If not, it will be a bit complicated, because you should use {{No license since}} and you should also notify the uploader.
  • If you're starting a deletion request, please explain the problem and avoid too much generalization; it helps the uploader to fix the problem. However, if you're tagging the file as "no license" (the method I explained above), no explanation is needed.
  • If you want to tag multiple files uploaded by one user for a specific reason, you can use "VisualFileChange", you can enable it from your preferences (it does many other things, too).
