Stations of Barcelona Metro

Tens raó en que "Category:Rapid transit stations" és una subcategoria de "Category:Train stations by type", però crec que està equivocat, perque "Category:Rapid transit" és una subcategoria de "Category:Public transport" i "Category:Rail transport també és una subcategoria de "Category:Public transport". De fet, "Rapid transit" crec que pot incloure mitjans de transport que no són ferroviaris, com alguns serveis de transport públic ràpid d'autobus amb carrils segregats, crec recordar que, per exemple, en alguna ciutat de Colòmbia. A més en tota la jerarquia train stations d'Espanya, només estaven incloses les de metro a la província de Barcelona i crec, també, que la distinció entre "train station" i "metro station" es refereix a estacions de ferrocarril convencional i ferrocarril metropolità (d'una manera similar al francès, "gare" es refereix a la primera i "station" a la segona). Potser el nexe comú entre les dues seria "rail station". De totes maneres és només la meva opinió, perquè hi ha nombroses incongruències en aquesta jerarquia, existeixen categories com Category: Rapid transit stations subcategoria de Category: Rapid transit que no està inclosa en categories rail, Category: Subterranean rapid transit que si és subcategoria de Category: Rail transport by type i que conté Category: Underground stations. Crec, i només és una opinió, que mentre no s'aclareixi una mica més tota aquesta jerarquia, és millor distingir entre les categories "train stations" i "metro stations" i no barrejar-les per evitar confusions i, a mesura que es vagin completant i aclarint les jerarquies superiors, actuar en conseqüència. Stadium vs Venues

Actually I am uniforming the category names as "Rugby union venues in ----" as well as "Association football venues --- " and "Basketball venues" etc etc etc, thus "Rugby union stadiums in England" simply is to be redirected to "Rugby union venues in England"... -- SERGIO (aka the Blackcat) 18:36, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Yes you might be right. But keep in mind that many visitors come from en.wiki where they look for "Stadia" or "Stadiums" instead of "Venues", so it might be useful to give them a redirect just in order to let her know where to find the files. -- SERGIO (aka the Blackcat) 18:43, 1 September 2013 (UTC)
The category "Stadium" for sports doesn't exist on Commons, Jordi. It exists as specific subcategory by place (ie. Stadiums in Rome, and so on). Related to the sports there's the category Sport venues in country see Category:Association football venues in Italy, or Category:Basketball venues in the United States. -- SERGIO (aka the Blackcat) 20:34, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Flower offerings in Spain

Hola, no volia associar les imatges de la categoria a actes religiosos (com ara es fa mitjançant Offerings -> Sacrifice -> Religious rituals), perquè moltes fotos de la categoria pertanyen a l'ofrena a Rafel Casanova. Se t'ocorre un altre nom? Lobo (howl?) 17:17, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

Problema con las categorias

Exacto, [1] era la solución, bien hecho. :) El bot busca que no esté ya en una subcategoría de la que añade, pero en este caso estaba en "Cultural heritage monuments in Barcelona" en vez de "Cultural heritage monuments in Eixample, Barcelona". Gracias tanto por avisar como por arreglarlo. En ocasiones sí que ha habido algún fallo de categorías que no veía (por ejemplo el mensaje de Pere más arriba). Estelades

Vaig dubtar si fer-ho (i segurament em vaig equivocar copiant), però pensava que llavors les treia de l'accés simple per una cerca "estelada" i no es podien comparar fàcilment per qui estigui buscant una foto per triar-la. Preparant Viquimarató 21 novembre

No sé si saps que estem preparant la Viquimarató Il·lustració Científica pel proper 21 de novembre. Si hi pots venir i participar en algun dels torns m'agradaria comptar amb tu. És una activitat per editar continguts però relacionada amb imatges, que hi hagi algú que conegui bé Commons sempre va bé. D'altra banda hi ha algunes coses a fer ara mateix en les que potser ens pots ajudar. Estem fent la llista d'articles a crear o millorar i una llista de possibles fonts. La idea és intentar minimitzar l'esporgat posterior del que es fa a la Viquimarató. Si veus que pots col·laborar en alguna d'aquestes coses aniria molt bé. Hi ha una cosa que caldria fer però jo no dono l'abast amb tots els preparatius i potser tu ho podries fer. Es tracta de revisar la llista d'articles a fer que estem preparant w:ca:VP:IC/PF i mirar a Commons quins tenen il·lustracions que puguin servir. Especialment rellevant és fer això per als articles de biografies d'il·lustradors, però segurament també hi pot haver imatges per les expedicions o les institucions. Llavors es podria enllaçar la categoria corresponent a la taula, no hi ha una columna específica però es pot posar al final del text a la casella de "notes i comentaris". D'altra banda potser al fer això (i gràcies a l'arbre de categories de Commons) et pots trobar il·lustradors científics que ens hem deixat i que semblen rellevants, llavors els podries afegir a les taules. No n'estic segur, no el reconec. Podria ser Lluís I, però no hi ha cap retrat d'ell que hagi vist que sigui com aquest, i a més va morir als disset anys, i el del retrat sembla aparentar-ne més. Qui sap, potser és Felip V repetit (en el cas de la plaça Major de Salamanca, està decorada amb els retrats reials i Felip V apareix dues vegades). La fotografia es va prendre l'any 2012 i és de temàtica ferroviària, pel que crec que la seva inclusió en aquesta categoria és lògica, encara que la locomotora no estigui operativa. Encara que el cas d'aquesta foto no és especialment representatiu, en general crec que les fotografies preses en un determinat any de tema ferroviari il · lustren com estava la situació ferroviària en aquest any.
