Hello, and thank your for sharing your files with Commons. There seems to be a problem regarding the description and or licensing of this particular file. Could you please resolve these problems, which are described on the page linked in above? Thank you. --- Actually, I was trying to upload a new, cropped version of this file (I now realize that I am not able to do that, because my account is too new). However, in the upload file I chose the wrong Destination filename, and I accidentally uploaded a new image rather than uploading a new version under the same filename. All I need is for a user with an older account to upload the current file at the location Image:Image-Palace_of_fine_arts_2006.JPG to Image:Palace_of_fine_arts_2006.JPG, and then delete Image:Image-Palace_of_fine_arts_2006.JPG. --Brandt Luke Zorn 20:35, 1 August 2006 (UTC)
One black pixel
[edit]I'm curious why you uploaded Image:One black pixel.PNG... was it a serious upload or a joke? ~MDD4696 20:48, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- Serious, though misinformed and somewhat impulsive. --Brandt Luke Zorntalk to me 04:29, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
Question
[edit]I would have asked this via email as I think this is inn appropriate off-topic discussion but I'm curious, is the dog you took a picture of here still alive?-- † CR90 07:29, 23 September 2009 (UTC)

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Brandt Luke Zorn. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Brandt Luke Zorn~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

File:Matryoshka Russian politicians.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |
