Commons-emblem-issue.svg Category:Alpaca_(clothing) has been listed at Commons:Categories for discussion so that the community can discuss ways in which it should be changed. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this category, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for discussion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. Karltor / Carlstor

Object location 51° 13′ 12.3″ N, 6° 46′ 08.9″ E View this and other nearby images on: OpenStreetMap - Google Maps - Google Earth info

geknipst.

LG --Steinsplitter (talk) 20:48, 26 October 2012 (UTC)

Plural of sheep is sheep

Hello Kürschner. Excuse me for my bad english. I speak french. Category:Reliefs of sheeps is an error. The good category is Category:Reliefs of sheep. Plural of sheep is sheep (see paragraph «Noon»). All others categories are writed with «sheep» and not «sheeps» : Category:Sculptures of sheep, Category:Sheep in art, Category:Sheep, etc.

Kevin (the cat)

Hi. The cat is called "Kevin", by the way. I just wanted to leave a note saying that I'm very pleased to see him being used in the way you have on this page. He enjoys that kind of job, and he will be very happy in that role. I'm glad you found such an appropriate use for him. Begoon - talk 01:54, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Oh, I love him! And I am glad, to know his name now. Thank you very, very much, that you leave him here on my page. I will be good to him. Really. I'm a furrier (= Kürschner), and there is an old Dutch proverb: "He who has a fair cat / should not bring a furrier into his house." Do not believe it. Thank you once more, greetings from Germany, cats would say here "miau", the --Kürschner (talk) 08:09, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
You are welcome. Thank you for "The Cat and the Furrier" - I enjoyed it very much. Kevin, I think, will be perfectly happy with this furrier... By the way, I am English, living in Australia, not Malaysian, but I can certainly understand from my user page why you thought I was Malaysian! I just did quite a lot of work on w:Malaysia so that's why the userbox is there. All the best. Begoon - talk 08:45, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
You are right, I promised by myself, you are not really Malaysian. - I sell literature from and about furriers and about furs, which I need no more, from my collection. Yesterday I sold to an several times customer to Australia again. Sorry, I send it by postage, otherwise I would like to visit you (and Kevin). Best wishes to you, --Kürschner (talk) 09:02, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

hierfür. Allerdings war das "Kalb" ein ausgewachsener Stier. Gibt es dafür auch eine Kategorie? Gruß, --4028mdk09 (talk) 19:17, 21 January 2012 (UTC)

Nein; "Deutsch: Kalb- und Rindsfelle, English: Calf, cow and ox fur-skins"

new picture

Hi Kürschner,

Can you please fix this picture, File:Em - Oryctolagus cuniculus.jpg, like you did with the Mustela nivalis? It is too yellow. Regards. DenesFeri (talk) 07:34, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

I am just in holydays, I think I cannot do it with this computer, I will try it. Otherwise next week. --Kürschner (talk) 07:39, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

OK, no problem. No hurry. :) DenesFeri (talk) 07:44, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

I use a very simple, free tool: Irfanview. Maybe you will try it by yourself? If you download it you will find it under "Image", "auto adjust colours" and "color correction". A very fine tool for all you can want! --Kürschner (talk) 08:04, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

Hi,

Thank you, both for the Irfanview and the color correction! Regards. DenesFeri (talk) 07:37, 28 September 2012 (UTC)

File:Arpel furs, cover 2012.jpg
