Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

Dobrý den, paní Domíguez,

Nemůžu pochopit co si to dovolujete a co si o sobě myslíte, že opět chcete další a další informace, aby jste uveřejnili jednu fotografii, která je ve vlastnictví naší společnosti ALL STARS CUP z.s. a jejím autorem pan Pavel Lebeda. Nejdříve nám fotografii vymazal Patrick Rogel a přesto, že pan Lebeda potvrdil dle jeho pokynů a taktéž jako v minulosti jste se ke komunikaci přihlásila Vy a naprosto drze požadujete další aktivity ze strany pana Lebedy i přesto, že v minulosti to bylo pro Vaše kolegy dostačující. Buďte tak LASKAVÁ a vraťte foto na místo kam patří, když jste se tak aktivně k celé věci a komunikaci s Rogelem přihlásila.

Couple days ago you put away official trademark logo of our tournament.I do not understand reason why you did so. What kind of authority you have to remove our official trademark logo connected with our tournament since year 2013. Our logo is registred under The Ministry of Industry in Czech republic since then. Using our logo is not a copyright violation our agency has full right to use it as I explained above.[reply]

I believe that a copy of this official document is sufficient for you. Several times we have documented the authorship of the photos in our article to your Czech colleagues, see Wikipedia Communications. It is only logic that the logo is unique and is only present on or in conjunction with our official tournament websites. I would understand if Mr. Jonatan Svensson Glad somewhere found the same logo from which he could say that we had stolen and misused it. That's ridiculous and he should have proof before the logo erases.

Dobrý den, do budoucna se zde budu vyjadřovat pouze svýmn rodným jazykem tj. ČESKY Na vysvětlenou všem a snad pro vždy: Několik týdnů po založení článku ALL STARS CUP jsme článek na doporučení wikipedisti Harolda upravili a promazali dle jeho rad, aby splňoval kriteria a pravidla Wikipedie včetně jejich fotografií. Bohužel wikipedista " vystupující pod user:Josve05a / Jonatan Svensson Glad / se rozhodl vymazat oficiální logo našeho turnaje na které držíme ochrannou známku udělenou úřadem průmyslového vlastnictví České republiky, což bylo podmíněno také množstvím úkolů nutných pro její vydání. Pokud by měl pan Jonatan Svensson Glad zájem a vůbec chuť se tím zabývat a klikl by si na oficiální stránky turnaje, zjistil by, že logo je s celým turnajem nepopiratelně spjaté. Myslím, že před tím, nežli se rozhodl logo jen tak ze zábavy smazat a označit jej jako okopírovanou //ukradenou věc nejdříve zkontrolovat zda někdo jiný vyjma nás toto logo používá. Samotná výroba loga nebyla zadarmo a museli jsme i úřadu průmyslového vlastnictví ČR prokázat jeho originalitu a nybytí vlastnictví. Wikipedie se tváří jak je ráda, když lidé dodávají zajímavé články z různých lidských odvětví a potom dochází ze strany lidí jako je Jonatan Svensson Glad k takovému arogantnímu chování. Odpověděli jsme prostřednictvím emailu dle instrukcí wikipedie a pořád se k tomu hlásí další a další a samotný Jonatan Svensson Glad neměl ani špetku úcty k nám a na naše vyjádření reagovat. přitom on je ten, který vše zapříčinil. Ke cti českých wikipedistů je, že pokud oni sami mají pocit, že článek neobsahuje co by měl tak reagují po celou dobu v diskuzi jenom oni. V našem případě na Commons se Jonatan Svensson Glad rozhodl jen tak pro zábavu smazat naše oficiální logo na které jsme po právu hrdí a je celosvětově známe a pro všechny spojené s fotbalovým turnajem ALL STARS CUP Proto se domnívám, že by jste měli naše logo do článku vrátit.Nejsem sice tak moc známou osobou, ale vzhledem k úspěšnosti našeho projektu spolupracujeme s řadou novinářů a lidí veřejně známých a věřte, že mou zkušenost s wikipedií nebo spíše její parnerskou organizací Commons budu všude prezentovat pokud nedojde ze strany kompetentních osob k narovnání celé záležitosti a umístění - vrácení našeho loga do článku ALL STARS CUP

ČESKY Na vysvětlenou všem a snad pro vždy: Několik týdnů po založení článku ALL STARS CUP jsme článek na doporučení wikipedisti Harolda upravili a promazali dle jeho rad, aby splňoval kriteria a pravidla Wikipedie včetně jejich fotografií. Vážený pane, ještě poslední věc. Vy si dovolujete mě osočovat z toho, že se nechovám slušně. To snad ani nemůžete myslet vážně? Jednáte z pozice moci a přesto, že jsem již několikrát dle pravidel doložil vlastnictví našeho turnajového loga neustále na nás útočíte a vyvoláváte další naše nutné obranné reakce. Strůjce všeho tzv. pan Jonatan Svensson Glad ♦ z toho má legraci a od doby co naše logo vymazal jen tak z plezíru bez kznalosti věci mlčí. nemůžu pochopit co si to dovolujete a co si o sobě myslíte, že opět chcete další a další informace, aby jste uveřejnili jednu fotografii, která je ve vlastnictví naší společnosti ALL STARS CUP z.s. a jejím autorem pan Pavel Lebeda. Nejdříve nám fotografii vymazal Patrick Rogel a přesto, že pan Lebeda potvrdil dle jeho pokynů a taktéž jako v minulosti jste se ke komunikaci přihlásila Vy a naprosto drze požadujete další aktivity ze strany pana Lebedy i přesto, že v minulosti to bylo pro Vaše kolegy dostačující. Buďte tak LASKAVÁ a vraťte foto na místo kam patří a tj. ALL STARS CUP 2019, když jste se tak aktivně k celé věci a komunikaci s Rogelem přihlásila.

buďte tak hodní a obnovte fotografie u článku ALL STARS CUP všude kde jste je vymazali. Pan Lebeda na Vaší žádost zaslal dne 31.10. 2019 ze svého firemního účtu: pavel@sport-pics.cz a jasně deklaroval své autorství tak jako u jiných ročníků. Za to co si dovolujete by Vám měli sebrat možnost budoucích editací jakých-koliv článků. Je to z Vaší strany neskutečná arogance.:(

Dobrý den,

zasílám odkaz na webové stránky https://www.allstarscup.cz/., upřímně po 2 letech se provádějí aktualizace jelikož chceme v příštím roce opět tento mezinárodní turnaj otevřít, bohužel nám v tom zabránila již po dvě léta pandemie Covid-19 a nyní invaze ruského vojksa na Ukrajinu. Prot Vás prosím přestańte již řešit zda josu fotky naše nebo ne. Samozřejmě naše jsou a za vše týkající se turnaje neseme plnou odpovědnost, myslíte si snad, že fotky někde krademe? pro tento turnaj v reálném čase v době jeho konání pracuje 300 lidí, tak určitě nekrademe pokoutně fotografie fanoušků proto abychom informaci o vítězi tohoto turnaje dali na wikipedii.

Buďte prosím tak laskavý a zkuste řešit podstatné věci a ne takovou hloupost s naší fografií, věřím, že máte jiné věci na starost v této složité době pane Gampe.

Dobrý den, děkuji za Vaši odpověď. Bohužel pravidla pro nahrávání fotografií na Wikimedia Commons jsou jednoznačná. Lze nahrávat pouze soubory, které jsou ze zákona svobodné. Pokud ze zákona svobodné nejsou, je nezbytné doložit, že autor fotografie nebo držitel autorských práv k fotografii souhlasí s jejím zveřejněním pod svobodnou licencí. Podrobný návod naleznete zde: cs:Nápověda:Svolení autora. Pokud souhlas autora nebo držitele autorských práv nezískáme, budou fotografie bohužel smazány. Děkuji za pochopení. Dobrý den, opravdu nechápu Váš přístup. tři roky nedošlo, až na ojedinělé vyjímky ke změnám na účtu ALL STARS CUP a teď ve chvíli kdy dojde k úpravám a aktualizacím textu tj. změna klubu u úspěšných hráčů chcete ukazovat nějakozu vaší sílu a aktivitu, proč jste to neřešil ve chvíli kdy byla fotografie nahrána, další věc je to, že i profesionální fotofraf pan Pavel Lebeda, který pro nás za úplatu fotografie pořizoval již několikrát veškeré souhlasy potvrzoval dle Vašeho vyjádření. Nejste první s kým jsme to v minulosti řešili. byl bych rád kdyby jste vystoupil z anonymity a představil se a také mě řekl kdo vůbec jste a kde máte jaké oprávnění k tomu aby jste se mnou komunikoval. Co si o sobě vůbec myslíte a jak si dovolujete nás vůbec osočovat z nějakého nekalého jednání. Vážený pane Gampe, je mě 52 let a vůbec se nebudu s Vámi bez toho, že se identifikujete bavit a pokud smažete fotografie umístěné na našem profilu ALL STARS CUP, což je podnik, který má i charitativní dopad tak jste pro mě ubožák. Najděte si slušnou práci, možná i přítelkyně nebo přítele a možná budete mít hezčí život. Teď uviím jak se k tomu postavíte.
