Fair use: you can upload to Wikipedia, but not Commons. William Avery 21:16, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
- I've deleted the photos under fair use-rationales, which you can upload to en: instead (note that not all Wikipedia projects accept fair use, but en: does). Cnyborg 00:34, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, sorry, I blocked you and it seem you have all autorisation and are just working on some Wikipedian porn project.
- So, please can you write this in your user page, that may help administrator to find out that you are not a new IP user uploading sex copyrighted pics. Yug (talk) 10:12, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
Hello Slave4you,
what is your exact source for this picture? It seems to have been taken at the XRCO Awards on April 20, 2006. I looked through Luke Ford's pictures of this event, but could not find this exact picture. Please add the exact source. If you don't, I will have to assume that this is no picture of Luke Ford, which means it will have to be deleted. Regards --Rosenzweig 21:29, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
Image Tagging Image:HillaryScott1.jpg
[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:HillaryScott1.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Thank you. Rosenzweig 21:29, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
Categorizing
[edit]To make it possible for others to find the images you upload, could you please add categories to them? This can be done when uploading, by adding it to the description – the most relevant category for the ones you're working on now, which I've added some of them to, is Category:Porn stars. The photos you uploaded from contactpornstars.com
[edit]Hello Slave4u,
you claim that the owner of that site gave you permission to upload the pictures to Wikipedia under the CC license. Was this permission given to you? How - by e-mail presumably? When? It would be nice if you could make a special page on this like Tabercil did with the Luke Ford permission. Regards --Rosenzweig 10:52, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for the answer; I answered on my talk page. Regards --Rosenzweig 00:25, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

File:Mybunniepic001.gif has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Slave4u. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Slave4u~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
Community Liaison, Wikimedia Foundation

File tagging File:Sugarcrystalsuserpic.gif
[edit]This media was probably deleted.
|
Thanks for uploading File:Sugarcrystalsuserpic.gif. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Sugarcrystalsuserpic.gif]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |
