You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Made a mistake?

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

已处理。一般来说，我们推荐版权持有者直接寄送邮件，而非通过他人提交截图/聊天记录，声称自己得到了授权的方式。如果图片在过去没有在互联网上公开发表，我们可以基于善意假定邮件发送者为版权持有者；如果在某些情况下必须证明某人与某个b站用户是同一人，一种推荐的方式是发送一封授权邮件，并将邮件地址添加到b站个人资料的某个位置（比如个性签名，或者发一条动态）。顺便一提，请尽可能仅在涉及隐私问题的时候通过发送邮件的方式联络，站内的讨论页一般回复更快。 Stang^★ 17:25, 21 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

“首次出版于1989年3月1日以前且没有著作权标记或登记，或于1964年以前出版且没有进行著作权更新”只适用于在美国出版的作品，而在美国以外出版的作品，由于在其来源国于URAA日（大多数国家是1996年1月1日）仍旧受版权保护，其美国境内的版权得以回溯。在维基共享资源，对于这些档案是否删除，数年来争议很大难以达成共识，部分管理员会对此类文件进行删除。 Wcam (talk) 15:27, 24 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
