File:XX trobada Peñas barcelonistas-1.JPG has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Code issues in User:Bodhisattwa/common.js
Hi Bodhisattwa, I am a bored bot (this is kind of a computer program) that is watching the recent changes and tapping buttons like I did now.
Curious about the reason? Possibly not but I will tell you anyway:
- You edited User:Bodhisattwa/common.js. Glad to see you coding in javascript! Have you ever considered becoming a MediaWiki hacker?
- Though, that change appears to introduce 4 new jshint issues — the page's status is now having ERRORS. Note that invalid or ambiguous code often has unwanted side effects like breaking other tools for you. If you cannot find out how to fix it, I suggest blanking the page for now.
- To help you understanding where the issues are, I have aggregated a report here and now. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask users experienced in javascript writing for help. But do not ask the bot's operators (chronically overwrought) unless you suspect an error of mine. If you prefer not getting spammed by me, you can opt-out reports by adding {{ValidationOptOut|type=all}} to your user page or cmb-opt-out anywhere on your your global user page on Meta. Good luck at Wikimedia Commons and happy hacking!

Rollback
![](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/e5/Commons_Rollbacker.svg/80px-Commons_Rollbacker.svg.png)
I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Commons:Rollback. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Steinsplitter (talk) 13:45, 22 July 2018 (UTC)
- @Steinsplitter: , sorry for the late reply as I was travelling. Thanks a lot for your trust to grant me rollbacker rights. -- Bodhisattwa (talk) 18:09, 25 July 2018 (UTC)

Hi Bodhisattwa,
very many thanks for your hard work, like Copyright Workshop, New Delhi and Category:Out of scope images from WLM 2018 India. --Hystrix (talk) 10:57, 2 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Hystrix: , you are most welcome. The full credit for the copyright workshop in New Delhi goes to @Titodutta: , who has planned and organized the whole event. I am in my home far away from the venue, receiving updates from him and following the etherpad link, that's my only contribution there.

Issues ?
What is happening on the winner gallery - I am fairly sure we did not rate this rather low resolution black and white image so high - https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:A_window_in_Sidi_Saiyed_Mosque_-_Ahmedabad.jpg Shyamal L. (talk) 15:42, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
- @Shyamal: , Really!!!, as I had no access to Montage during the jury round, I have no clue about anything happened there. pinging @Sumitsurai: to look into the matter, as he was there in Montage. -- Bodhisattwa (talk) 16:04, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
- I am also able to only see my rankings via montage but I have little reason to believe that any of the other jury members pushed this image so much ahead as to bring it into the top 10. Shyamal L. (talk) 16:15, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
- Sorry, I see that this was already on the list in earlier emails and I should have probably been more diligent then. I guess the learning is that in future, the consensus list (which no jury member sees) should be sent to the juries and they should be able to confer and perhaps be allowed to rethink ratings before the list is finalized. Shyamal L. (talk) 16:49, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
- Hi @Shyamal: , Thanks first of all for going back to the images and giving so much effort to quality check. After the last round Montage allowed us to download the results in excel format with rankings given by each judge and an average, based on which the final rankings are decided. As other than the judges, no one else could see which images went to the final round, I had to include myself in the final round as judge too. This was done so that I could see the final round images and work on them to nominate for quality images. However, my rankings were removed from the final excel and the averages re-calculated (within excel using formula) with ranking from 3 judges only. As the averages decided the winners, there might have been some images with low ranking from few judges. I am mailing you the excel downloaded from Montage and also the final CSV I made after removing my rankings. Once the jury rounds started, I can assure, no decisions were made from our end. We only removed one image of the Key Monastery following your suggestions. I think the Montage tool is designed in a way so that no juries can see others ratings and get influenced. But I agree with you that we learn in every step and we can surely discuss what can be the best way to avoid any situation like this in the future. Please do let me know if you want any other details from me. Best --Sumit Surai (talk) 17:17, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
