Suggested version @Красный, The Cosmonaut, and C messier: Dear reviewers, I have reduced the slight halo in the treetop and then adjusted the overall tonal correction accordingly. If you like the result, you can use this edit for an update. Please see the SwissTransfer link. While editing, I realized that the glow in the treetop might have been due to some overly well-intentioned post-processing. But that's just my guess. Oppose The light is not so good, for "one of the best pictures of the site". Hazy. The shadows are too dominant in the mountains, especially at the left. Harsh light. Note that the direction is to the south, the sun is shining out of the top left corner. At high altitude, lighting tends to be harsh owing to the clear air. Fair enough, I agree the setting is not exceptional. Perhaps the FP bar should be raised; as long as there is consensus. We are promoting dozens of unexeptional small brown birds standing on brown earth or sand these days. I have applied a slight crop to the right bottom corner, so that what I believe is a feather star (black thing), is not on the way. Even if that could be an improvement, I don't see what is wrong with the crop, morays live in holes and rarely go out during the day as they are nocturnal predators. I also have to say that this animal is rare, and probably that's the reason why we have no FPs of the whole genus. Support The whole moray would be be too big to fit in the image, so I will assume the author meant to only picture its head. The crop is fine. The black thing is ~~mildly~~ not distracting. I have little doubt after reading the same words I used "Infortunate (sic) crop" in my review. That's an statement that doesn't speak for the reviewer. Again, we have no FP of the genus Echidna, but we have already 4 FPs of the species (not genus) Himantopus himantopus. I've definitely supported more images that I've opposed of El Golli Mohamed, so I have no personal issue here and no problem with the photographer, let alone free-license photographers. If I'm convinced, I support the image if not, I oppose, that has nothing to do with whom is behind the camera and in most of the cases people believe that and are thankful for the feedback. Info This artwork was made by Giacomo Raibolini, aka Giacomo Francia. He was the son of the more famous artist Francesco Francia, well known as a goldsmith and painter and a close friend of Raphael. This is an author belonging to the mannerism of the late Italian Renaissance. The exact date of the painting is not known, but it can be attributed between 1520 and 1540, when it was influenced by the painter Dosso Dossi, another mannerist tending towards the Venetian Renaissance. This picture is important because shows a Mannerism offspring from the Italian Renaissance. It is worth noting the resemblance of the Saint Sebastian depicted with his [father] to whom he was extremely devoted. The artwork was imported from Google Arts and Culture stitching 7880 tiles.
