I am writing to you because we are looking for feedback for a new Wikimedia Foundation project, Structured Data Across Wikimedia (SDAW). SDAW is a grant-funded programme that will explore ways to structure content on wikitext pages in a way that will be machine-recognizable and -relatable, in order to make reading, editing, and searching easier and more accessible across projects and on the Internet. We are now focusing on designing and building image suggestion features for experienced users.
We have some questions to ask you about your experience with uploading images here on Wikimedia Commons and then adding them to Wikipedia. You can answer these questions on a specific feedback page on Mediawiki, where we will gather feedback. As I said, these questions are in English, but your answers do not need to be in English! You can also answer in your own language, if you feel more comfortable.
Once the collecting of feedback will be over, we will sum it up and share with you a summary, along with updated mocks that will incorporate your inputs.

[edit]Ola, vin que subiches algunhas imaxes de fotografías antigas. Como se poden subir? Porque atopei algunha imaxe de edificios desaparecidos:
- O Teatro Circo Emilia Pardo Bazán, desaparecido en 1915
- A estación de Norte (esta imaxe é de 1909)
- A praza de touros (aquí aparece unha imaxe dos anos 30)
Creo que en ningunha delas se menciona o autor.

[edit]Indiqué claramente la web de donde procedía el artículo. Eduardo Benzo Fue director general de la guardia civil española y aparecía su foto en un artículo de la revista sin pie de firma. Ahora veo que la revista ha desaparecido de internet. Gracias.
Otra cosa. En esta web hay otra foto de Eduardo Benzo ( revista Ahora), viene firmada por un fotógrafo (Foto Almazán), fallecido seguramente en diciembre de 1936.

Este reportero madrileño era miembro de la Unión de Informadores Gráficos de Prensa. Firmaba con su segundo apellido que era mucho más sonoro. Pertenecía a la plantilla del diario Ahora y su semanario hermano, Estampa. En 1935 entró a trabajar para el periódico de sucesos "la Linterna". Al estallido de la Guerra Civil, su producción se dispara en la revista gráfica Estampa. En diciembre de 1936, dejó de aparecer, no sabiendo si se exilió o qué otra cosa. Pero no hay más referencias suyas.

[edit]Hola, HombreDHojalata. Vi que marcaste para borrado esta imagen (la cual, en efecto, fue borrada). En primer lugar, comunicarte, por si estuvieras interesado y no lo conocieras, que algunos usuarios argumentan que las fotografías antiguas publicadas en España se podrían acoger a {{PD-Spain-photo}} (que otorga 25 años post publicación en lugar de los 80 años post-muerte), y ha habido casos de aplicación bastante... liberal de esta excepción (esto es, salvo que se aprecie una componente artística extremadamente fuerte en la foto, argumentan que son meras fotografías). A cada uno esto le puede resultar más o menos convincente, pero es un hecho ya se han mantenido varios archivos con base en eso. En segundo lugar, no tengo claro de que el borrado rápido sea preferible en un caso como este a la deletion request, pero en cualquier caso agregué la imagen aquí para que pueda ser desborrada en su debida fecha (esto es una ventaja con imágenes de las que se ha identificado el autor con precisión). Por outra banda, vin fotografías de Ínsua e parécese aínda máis. Ademais, a man sobre o hombreiro de Losada dáme un ar de familiaridade que viría indicar que é Manuel e non Álvaro. O dito, para min que é Ínsua, pero como Cebreiro era portador pertinaz da boina e tiña unha face moi semellante, agora mesmo non podo dicirvos ao 100% unha cousa ou a contraria. Foto para QI
[edit]Vou propor unha foto túa a QI. Evidentemente, considero que é moi boa foto, pero podería non ser aprobada por distorsión de perspectiva e, antes de facelo, quixera saber cales son os límites que teño para actuar pois non quero facer nada que ti non aprobes.
A foto é File:Ourense, Xaime Quessada.JPG. Se reparas nos edificios do fondo da imaxe, ves que están inclinados. Eu considero que, cando a foto está tomada desde abaixo, iso non importa; mais non é así para todo o mundo. A foto, tal e como está ten algunha posibilidade de ser aprobada, pero poucas. Depende de quen a revise.
Eu baixei a foto e corrixinlle a perspectiva. Non quedou perfecta porque hai un problema: Ao corrixir a perspectiva e pór dereitos os edificios, unha pluma da á dereita da estatua queda cortada, fóra da imaxe. A imaxe corrixida é esta
Ademais deille máis nitidez. Aí si que mellorou significativamente.
A cousa é que, se declinan a imaxe, dásme permiso para subir por riba a versión corrixida para ver se a aceptan? Sempre poderías recuperar a versión anterior. Se non sabes como facelo, fáreino eu. Lmbuga (talk) 18:45, 6 September 2025 (UTC)

Promover QI ou QIC
[edit]Noraboa. A imaxe é moi boa. Só iluminei un pouco as zonas máis escuras e lle dei algo máis de nitidez, pero non me parece mellor ca antes. Fíxeno porque era máis probable que fose aprobada así.
Penso que podería ser unha axuda á Galipedia o promover QIC. Podería axudar a fidelizar usuarios. A min cústame moito encontrar imaxes que nominar. Se consideras algunha, faimo saber. Information on temporary account IP viewer rights
