If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.

Salut,

J'ai laissé un message à cette personne. Si pas de réponse après une semaine, on pourra envisager la suppression, au moins des couvertures. Pour les images faites "au boulot", c'est moins évident, tout dépend du contrat de travail, qui doit (à ma connaissance) stipuler explicitement ce qui se passe au niveau du droit d'auteur.

Note que pour faire supprimer une image, pas besoin d'être admin, la plupart des tâches de maintenance peuvent être faites par tout le monde : détails sur le Commons:Guide de suppression.

Hello. Ceridwen t'a informé à plusieurs reprises qu'elle ne souhaitait pas que tu publies en lignes des photos où elle apparaissait. C'est une simple question de droit à l'image, et en l'occurrence je trouve quand même abuser que tu viennes me dire « j'aurai préféré que tu me demande mon accord pour supprimer la photo » alors que non seulement tu ne lui as pas demandé le sien pour publier la photo, mais tu es allé à l'encontre de sa volonté exprimée explicitement. guillom 16:41, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

Merci de ta confiance Cher Gdgourou, Merci de ton soutien pour ma candidature au poste d’administrateur, ici sur Commons. Maintenant que je suis un nouveau sysop, j’ai l'intention de commencer doucement, en fermant des deletion requests et copyvios évidents (à mes yeux), hésitant de moins en moins avec l'expérience au fur et à mesure que mes contributions ici s’intensifient. En tant que contributeur, je suis désireux de posséder un jour un niveau de compétence et un matériel professionnels, qui me permettront, un jour, d'aider fièrement Commons à être meilleur (je voudrais obtenir mon master en étant en Antarctique, plus de vidéos et photos libres de ce lieu seraient vraiment super). En attendant la réalisation de ce moment, laisse-moi t’adresser encore une fois mes plus chaud remerciements pour ta confiance et ton soutien à ma candidature réussie au poste d’administrateur, qui a reçu 100 % de votes  pour. Je sens que les outils mis à ma disposition seront utiles pour le projet ainsi, évidemment, qu’à moi. Et même pour toi : en plus des questions concernant les modèles (sur les fonctions parseur par exemple) et les licences, je serai dorénavant à ta disposition à tout instant pour m’occuper des tâches administratives telles que les suppressions, interventions sur pages protégées, et similaires. Salut, à vrai dire j'aurais initialement dit oui, en me basant sur les règles de Commons, mais l'existence du modèle {{Copydesign}}, ainsi que du récent commentaire du représentant légal de la WMF sur les œuvres dérivées, me laissent perplexe. Dans l'état actuel des règles, toutes les images me semblent à supprimer (c'est une copie conforme du design de Flash McQueen). Mais si ça avait été du fan art… je me demande quel est l'équivalent des prises de décision ici, car j'aimerais bien savoir ce que va impliquer le commentaire de Mike Godwin pour les œuvres dérivées.
