Je ne savais pas qu'il pouvait y avoir de difficultés à ce sujet. Travaillant sur la matière bretonne, je croyais logique de verser sur un serveur en langue bretonne. Pour le reste, cela m'est bien égal, puisque la description sera donnée en langue bretonne. Pour votre gouverne également, les blasons en pointe 140x175 désignent qu'ils sont de mon travail personnel, sans violation de qui que ce soit. J'ai justement choisi ce format là pour qu'il n'y ait pas d'ambiguïté. Le seul dont les travaux pourraient être violés, c'est donc moi. Il y a un problème avec la catéorie Coats of arms of families of Brittany, qui mélange différents formats de fichier et d'image, et surtout qui est sur-surpeuplée au point qu'il est désormais impossible de s'y retrouver.
Idéalement, peut-être serait-il approprié d'envisager de placer les blasons au format bitmap qui sont essentiellement destinés au wikipedia breton, dans une sous-catégorie qui s'appelerait par exemple « Ardamezeg familhoù Breizh » ou autre traduction plus précise de « Coats of arms of families of Brittany ».

Personnellement, cela m'est égal. Je ne suis pas responsable du fait que cet armorial soit particulièrement riche. J'importe avant tout des images au format png.

Les formats bitmap seraient encore plus lourdes, me semble-t'il.

S'il est nécessaire de créer une sous-catégorie pour dégorger la catégorie principale, on peut effectivement en créer une comme vous proposez sous le nom "Ardamezeg familhoù Breizh". L'essentiel est que ce ne soit pas plus compliqué ni pour moi ni pour les autres.

Je vous laisse le soin d'en créer une et de me donner le chemin à suivre.

J'ai donc crée la catégorie Ardamezeg familhoù Breizh, dans laquelle vous pouvez dès à présent classer vos nouveaux fichiers ; j'y ai déjà transféré des images depuis une autre sous-catégorie et m'occuperai de transférer les autres via l'outil dédié.

Je contribue depuis quelque temps sur l'Armorial des familles de Bretagne (version française) et je me permets d'ouvrir un sujet sur votre pdd, afin de vous faire part du problème suivant : Les devises des familles qui y figurent, en langue bretonne, contiennent potentiellement des erreurs, et sont orthographiées différemment dans le Nobiliaire et armorial de Bretagne et dans le Devisaire de Bretagne, qui servent tous deux de référence à l'armorial.
À tout hasard, connaîtriez-vous quelqu'un qui aurait les connaissances nécessaires, et le temps, de corriger et d'actualiser les devises en langue bretonne sur cet armorial ? (je pourrais facilement sortir une liste détaillée)
