Hei! Ja, jeg så den beskjeden du hadde fått. Det er slettet ettersom det ikke er lov å laste opp bilder av kunstverk hvor kunstneren ikke har vært død i minst 70 år. Siegfried Wagner som er kunstneren bak skulpturen døde 1. august 1952 og da er bildet av skulpturen tillatt fra 2022. Vennlig hilsen Anne-Sophie Ofrim (talk) 08:23, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

Please enable the RotateLink gadget in your preferences and order rotations based on the preview shown in the popup window. Da har jeg fått følgende svar fra Fylkeskonservatoren i Sør-Trøndelag, v/Roy Håpnes: "Jeg mener at Gjesvål er entydig for denne gården og at dette skal være nok. Å slenge på gård vil på den annen side være uproblematisk også, i mine øyne. Kanskje kan en kikk i Gardtales i Orkdal eller Orkdalsboka gi svar?". Jeg har sjekket bøkene han nevner. Hei, har tenkt litt på hvordan vi kan unngå duplikater fra oslobilder.no etterhvert som det blir mange bilder, og også hvordan vi generelt kan holde oversikt, og har i den forbindelse snekret sammen et verktøy som jeg tror kan være nyttig, basert på sider merket med {{Oslobilder}}. Det er ikke alt som virker helt enda (miniatyrbilder for bilder med æøå i filnavnet f.eks.), men prøv det gjerne ut. Hvis jeg får tid, kunne jeg også tenkt meg å lage et verktøy for assistert overføring, ála flickr2commons. Hei! Ser at du har laget en kategori til Ulrik Christian Gyldenløve (1678–1719), og puttet et bilde (som jeg har uploadet) inn med navnet Christian Ulrik Gyldenløve. På rammen, under bildet (fra Frederiksborgmuseet) står faktisk Christian Ulrik Gyldenløve, og jeg hadde dermed et svakt håp, om at det faktisk var ham og ikke hans navnebror – også selvom han har allongeparykk på. Nå kan jeg imidlertid se, at du har uploaded et bilde som ligner svært på "mitt", og så er jeg helt rundt på gulvet av forvirring. Copyright of 1860 photograph

A museum cannot impose a share alike provision on a picture that is in the public domain in the first place because it was published in 1860, even if they had owned the copyright at some point in history. And being in the possession of a copy of a photograph doesn't mean that you own its copyright either. The appropriate license under Norwegian law is the PD-old license, CC-BY-SA is a more restricted license, but this image can be used freely under Norwegian and American law without any share alike obligation. My guess is that the museum has been tagging various photographs they have published en masse with the CC-BY-SA license without individual reviews, but a more free license in any case takes precedence over a more restricted license when there is no legal basis for such restrictions. Hi, Du benutzt das Template Artwork, das für Kunstwerke sehr schön ist. Allerdings hat sich bei Deiner Kopie auf irgendeine Weise ein kleiner Fehler eingeschlichen. En av dine utenlandske kollegaer har reagert på noen bilder jeg har lastet opp av norske elver. Tror det blir lettere om du hjelper. Du kan gå inn på Wikimedia Commons på min side User talk:Frankemann, så ser du hva det dreier seg om. Hva slags atributter skal man trykke på når den som har opphavsrett har sakt skriftlig fra om at det er greit at bildene blir brukt?

Hva med tabeller og skjemaer fra offentlige instituajoner? Statistisk sentralbyrå tillater at deres grafiske fremstillinger blir benyttet så lenge det opplyses om at de er kilden. Er det da bare å velge en spesiell atributt ved opplasting? --Frankemann (talk) 11:44, 31 March 2014 (UTC)

Endret brukernavn

Hei Anne-Sophie! Har du rettigheter til å endre brukernavn her på Wikipedia Commons? Jeg opprettet bruker for en venn av min bror som jeg ikke kjenner særlig godt. Dermed fikk han navnet M. Rask, dette blir helt feil for en kar som egentlig heter Øyvind Rask. Kunne du døpt han om til Øyvind Rask eller om det navnet er opptatt, Ø. Rask? Som du vil se har jeg lastet opp en rekke bilder i hans navn, og flere skal det bli.--Frankemann (talk) 14:34, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
