I'm very sorry for this. I put the template publication ufficielle at the biginning, but on Commons Chat, an expert user of french laws, saw me that this image isn't necessary PD and I changed the license. For this I put copyvio, but, after this, this user (sorry I can't remember who is) saw that he send a mail to french govern and he is expecting the answer. For this, he saw me to leave the template Publication Ufficielle (for find thoose images in the case to must be delected for copyviol). If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{self|cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Estas problemo kun la dosiero Ses logo.gif: ĝi havas liberigan ŝablonon, sed la priskribo diras, ke la bildo ne estas libera, sed uzeblas nur en Vikipedio por enciklopediaj celoj.

Ĉu ĝi estas mallibera, aŭ ĉu eble temas nur pri mallibereco de la registrita emblemo (®) sed ne kopi-rajtoj?

Mi fakte estas reprezentanto de Svisa Esperanto-Societo kaj alshutis la emblemon al la Esperanto-vikipedio kun licenco-klarigo, ke ghi povas esti uzata por enciklopediaj celoj en vikipedio (fair-use). Iu nun sxovis gxin al commons kaj aldonis licencon, por libera commons, kiun mi fakte ne aldonis. - Mi nun ne scias, kiu-speca licenco ekzakte tauxgas, eble vi povas helpi min: Nome kiu licenco tauxgas. Kiel kunprezidanto de SES mi fakte jure reprezentas la kopirajtoposedanton, do povas mem decidi pri la konvena lincenco. Unuflanke, Wikimedia mem ne jam volas publikigi siajn emblemojn sub libera permesilo (jen estas laŭvica ĉiukelkmonata diskuto, serĉu „The rational has been, in part“: Commons_talk:Licensing#Wikimedia_Chapter_Copyrights).

Laŭ tiu mesaĝo, oni maldevas fari tion se oni volas posedi la varomarkon. Tiaj emblemoj ne taŭgas por Komunejo, krom se temas pri Wikimedia mem.

Aliflanke, multaj organizaĵoj posedas emblemojn, kiuj estas pro iu aŭ alia kialo kopirajte liberaj. Ekzemple,

kelkaj mem publikigis ilin laŭ libera permesilo, lasante ŝanĝadon ktp laŭ la kopirajtaj leĝoj, sed nenion laŭ la varmarkaj:

la germana KDE e.V. posedas varmarkon pri la emblemoj de KDE („K“ kun dentrado en Category:KDE icons), sed kopirajte la bildoj estas sub la permesilo GNU LGPL (malforte kopilefta [kopilasa?]).[1]
The Apache Software Foundation kopirajte permesas uzi sian emblemon laŭ sia libera permesilo, sed varmarke ĝi restas mallibera.[2]
Canonical havas plurajn emblemojn por siaj Ubuntu ka, almenaŭ iuj versioj el kiuj estas sub la permesilo Creative Commons BY-SA 2.5. Software in the Public Interest, Inc. uzas por Debian plurajn emblemojn kun diversaj permesiloj[4]:

„Debian Open Use logo“ uzeblas laŭ libera kopirajta permesilo por ĉia ajn celo.
Ĝia variaĵo kun la vorto „Debian“ uzeblas, originale aŭ modifite, por paroli pri Debiano sed ne ŝajnigi ĝian aprobon.
Oficiala emblemo estas mallibera kaj uzeblas nur sub certaj kondiĉoj, kaj SPI rajtas malpermesi iun uzon.
